Results from beauty services may vary from person to person. Teased does not guarantee a specific aesthetic result, lash retention period, or outcome.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

When you place an order for a product, you are making an offer to purchase that product. Teased reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason permitted by law.

An order is not considered accepted until Teased confirms the order.

Payment may be required before an order is processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Teased may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been processed or fulfilled.

Product purchases are subject to our Refund and No Exchange Policy.

Appointment Bookings

When you schedule a beauty service appointment with Teased, you agree to the terms associated with that appointment, including any applicable deposit, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and no-show requirements.

Appointments are subject to availability.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to Teased's applicable Appointment/Cancellation Policy.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Teased is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, Teased is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, theft, or damage except as otherwise required by applicable law.

However, any purchases you make through our online store are made directly with Teased.

You acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or other claims arising from products or services purchased or booked through Teased.

Beauty Service Disclaimer

Beauty services may involve contact with the skin, eyes, natural eyelashes, and surrounding areas and may carry risks, including irritation, redness, discomfort, sensitivity, allergic reactions, or other reactions.

Clients are responsible for informing Teased of any known allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, medications, or other circumstances that may be relevant to their requested service.

Teased may refuse or modify a service when reasonably necessary to protect the health and safety of the client.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEASED, ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, WEBSITE, OR BEAUTY SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teased, Shopify, and Teased's affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to:
